Chapter 48. Behind Humans

Did I hear it right? Did he say he's jealous of Nathan? He said that bluntly, didn't he? I'm not just imagining things, am I?

"Can you please repeat what you just said? I think I misheard it."

"No, I don't want to repeat it."

Hiro turned his back on me and sat on the chair beside my bed. 

He's not staring at me, he's just looking at nothingness, completely ignoring me. 

I took a deep sigh and sat at the edge of the bed near him. 

"Do you want me to stay away from him?" I asked. 

He finally looked at me. 

"You don't have to do that, it will disrespect him. Besides, I'm not that jealous of him for you to do that."

"If you aren't, then why are you ignoring me? I keep on following you around. Tsk, you're not even considering how I feel."

Hiro is not talking. What the hell is wrong with him?
