Suzie POV

The boy I held in my hands, was not only covered in my blood, but his as well. I only noticed when I saw the large cut wound at his side. Blood was gushing out from the large wound, and the life in his eyes were slowly dimming out.

My eyes went wide and I ran my hands across his face. “No, no, no, I can’t let you die,” I muttered through gritted teeth.

I tried to push myself up from the ground, when I felt a sharp pain, just above my abdomen. The pain stopped me from moving, and my eyes travelled down to the spot. A large branch was stuck right in that spot, and blood filled the floor below it.

I groaning, feeling the pain rising as I kept moving. I ignored the pain, and pushed myself up, until my back was resting on a large boulder. I held the bit close, his eyes blinking rapidly.
