Mary stood in Anaya’s front yard silently, staring directly into Anaya’s eyes. Anaya’s brows furrowed and her lips tightened to create a serious expression on her face. Mary paid close attention to Anaya, waiting for her first instruction and refusing to let anything outside the boundary of their connected gazes distract her.“I have no idea what to do,” Anaya said suddenly.
