Gabriella walked through the passages of the Mortimer mansion, heading to Steven's office. The walls had been broken apart, and the entire house was now a mess due to the demon attack. Dust had risen everywhere, and pieces of wood and stone were scattered across the floors.

The entire building was empty and quiet, as there were only a few people left in it. Gabriella quickened her pace through the passages and finally arrived in front of Steven's office. She had a worried look on her face; her eyes were filled with sorrow, and her brows furrowed.
