Blayne’s POV

Anxiously, I ran down the stairs to go towards Cleo’s cell. On the third step away from the landing, I paused.

I hadn’t thought this through.

Alpha Vance had permitted Cleo to leave the dirty dungeon. Her liberation was contingent on her acceptance to move in with me. My heart was bubbling with delight, but underneath the surface, concern levitated.
