Chapter 50. Second Sighting

Raina’s POV

A sudden, soft groan snapped me out of my reverie. What was that? My ears pointedly tried to latch on to the direction of the grunts, searching for the source of the noise. My hearing led me to determine the source to be behind the bathroom door.

“Ahh―”

Once at the door, I held my head next to the beige wooden surface, pressing my ear against it to try and interpret the sounds. The strange grunts continued and I wondered what he was doing in there. Without any hesitation, I tugged at the door knob.

The door swiftly budged open. I intruded to peek and a warm, humid gust of air greeted me. The temperature inside the room seemed to be hotter, making me feel like I had just entered a spring warmed by the afternoon sun or a sauna.

My eyes widened at the sight through the foggy glass-enclosed shower. I gasped in shock at the unexpected show of Valen.

“Hah… Aughh…” Unsurprised, he eyed me racily and kept beating his engorged
