Nina’s POV

A few hours ago, I received a sudden call from Yu.

"Hey, kid," his stern tone echoed from the other line. "I hope you read my message last night."

"Y-yes…I d-did," I lied. Technically, I read it right AFTER that incident. As soon as I pushed Luca away and locked inside my room, the first instinct that came to my mind is to call Yu.

That was until I read his message.

If I had my phone fully charged before leaving or grabbing my power bank before dinner, it wouldn't have led to this.
