Elyana's POV

"Is there something wrong? Why are you looking at me like that, Elyana?" Felicity caught me when I was looking at him intently. 

We were in the dining area having dinner at that time, and when he asked, I looked away as fast as I could to avoid his gaze. I tried to put my attention on the food on my plate and acted like I didn't hear what he said, but knowing him, there was no escaping.

I saw from my periphery how he put his fork down and wiped the corner of his lips with his pinky finger that was slightly raised. I tried to shift my attention to Quintin, who joined us that night for dinner. Although he was busy praising our cook and flirting with the young maids. 

"If you're wondering what those suitcases are for, those are my things. If you want to know why, how, what, and who told me to bring those here... well, your parents did," he explained, raising his left eyebrow.
