Elyana's POV

I woke up early and didn't tell anyone where I would be heading. My parents were both still sleeping and it was still dark around six in the morning.

It was cloudy at that time and the wind was cold. I knew I was earlier than the time Doctor Chelsea told us to come, but I was beyond excited and at the same time nervous. I couldn't even sleep long enough, but I felt I had enough energy to go on from that day onward.

I left the house wearing an outfit that anyone would think I went for a jog in so that, in case they became suspicious of where I went, I could easily prove where I went.

The clinic was still closed when I came. Doctor Chelsea's secretary arrived around seven and she immediately let me in. I sent Florentin a message to inform him I was already there, and he replied twenty minutes later, telling me he was on his way.
