Chapter 13
-=Gabby’s Point of View=-
I was so relieved that my knees felt like jelly; I was so worried about her when she disappeared without a word that I couldn't eat or sleep well.
"Hi, sis," she said, smiling widely.
I was really planning on hugging her, but instead, I ended up scolding her.
"How could you leave like that, knowing how worried and sick I was that something bad had happened to you?"
"I'm sorry for making you worry; I just needed to leave for myself, to think," she replied.
I couldn't stop holding her after hearing her explanation; even if she made a mistake, there's no way I couldn't forgive her; she's my sister, after all, and the only family I have, and besides, I understand that she needed some alone time, but the next time, at least tell her where she's off to, so I won't be this worried.
We stayed in that position for at least three minutes before she eventually let go of me.
"By the way, Gabby, I want you to meet Aidan,"
