Chapter 100

"You know what? Let us go get a drink. There is this place that makes the best mimosas and I know how much you were crazy about them when you were pregnant for that feisty boy." Lewis says this and Amber just sighs. 

"Lewis, come sit down and talk to me. Let me know what is going on." She orders him, he acts weird as though he did not hear anything she said. "I will go and get my coat. Just be patient, okay?" She begins to read between the lines. Maybe he is truly in trouble. He stares deeply into her eyes for a while as if he is trying to pass a message. He nods and she nods back. 

"Go get your coat. I have to be back home in a few hours and… you are driving. I can't be drinking mimosas and still left to drive myself home." She ordes, he smiles and leaves the room to change into something more outdoorsy. He comes out and grabs his car keys from the shelf. Amber stands up and they leave the house together.
