Chapter 15

Then, he grabs his jacket, picks up the keys, and proceeds to leave the house. He puts on the radio as he drives out of the garage and into the road. He whistles along to the song playing on the radio. Although his job description can involve gruesome activities, he would not let it sour his extroverted, bright personality. 

After finding a good parking spot, he walks into the Police department with a big smile. It always infuriates the officers. 

"Hello James", he chirps.

"Ugh, hi Lewis." James scurries away from him.

"Hey, Rita. Oh my, the hair color makes you look younger than usual"

"Seriously, Lewis. Lieutenant's waiting for you at her office", Rita speaks with a fake smile plastered on her face. 

"Oh, thanks Ritz", he yells as he walks forward. Rita sucks her teeth in response as she moves a curl from her face and continues to work on her computer.

He heads straight to the office at the back with the sign that mentions Lieutena
