Chapter 205

Jacob rushed to the kitchen to check on Victor.

He found him cooking up a storm in  the kitchen before the alarm even went off.

“Are you wondering why the alarm went off?” Victor asked as he observed Jacob's presence.

Jacob nodded.

“I thought you were in danger or something” Jacob said.

“And none of you came with a fire extinguisher or something?’ Victor said as guards rushed into the kitchen.

Seeing that everyone was alright. They walked out.

“That did not even come to mind” Jacob said.

“Well, before you got here. I forgot to open the windows. The kitchen was hot and that triggered the alarm” Victor said.

Jacob looked at the now open window to see the mist dripping down.

“I understand now, what are you making?” Jacob asked as he washed his hands in the sink ready to assist him.

“I found a couple of things in the freezer and I decided to display them on the plate today” Victor said as he was done cooking.
