Chapter 257

Mia opened her eyes gently as she realised it was dark. She looked around as she saw Jacob lying on a chair.

Mia looked around to recognise it was a hospital with different machines attached to her.

She tried to get up but she couldn't as she felt weak and tired.

Jacob woke up as he saw Mia was awake.
