Chapter 96

He does not want it to seem like he is hurrying her. She nods while he says this. "You do not want to imagine what I sound like in that room. You should eat up too. I know Pa Rico put you on a diet but I am sure you can get a cheat meal sometimes. Can't you?" Mia says.

 "Yeah, I can. Look…" He takes a bite of the pastry and a taste of the ice cream in a cup. "I ate some. So, you can see. I am not on a diet." He says and she laughs.

"Okay okay. I am done. We can leave now." She says this and wipes at the sides of her lips. Jacob and nods and calls for the bill. Jacob covers the bill and holds out his hand to help her up. 

"This was really nice. I feel good and stuffed." Mia says as they walk out of the restaurant and he goes to open her door. They step into the car and Jacob drives to the surprise location. He finally parks at a path on the road. He goes to open her door and holds her hand.
