"I can't find anything that can help, sir," Jeremy informed him. Raphael had been worried for the past few days but he had to pretend that all was well, especially when with those he had considered a family.
"What about a lawyer?"
"I found a good one but the condition he was able to give was that until the contract is torn, you might not be able to regain your freedom because it stated there that you were of sound mind and were not forced to put down anything. Again, he said that another way of escape could be you finding evidence that you were tricked into signing those papers, not just any oral denial of it all."
"Evidence? How can I find any evidence when I wasn't even aware of what I signed? This is complicated, Jeremy. I can feel a storm coming and this is stressing me a lot more than I thought."
