Anna’s POV
After the beautiful dinner we had, Ryan drove us straight to the cinema, his hand resting on my thigh the whole way as if letting go of me wasn’t an option.
“Alright,” he said as we stood in front of the board showing all the movies. “Your choice. What do you want to watch?”
I scanned the titles, pretending to look serious. “Hmm… let’s see. Action? Comedy? Or…” I paused dramatically, glancing at him with a mischievous grin. “Horror.”
Ryan raised a brow. “Horror? You?”
“Yes, me,” I shot back, crossing my arms. “What, you think I’ll get scared and cling to you?”
He smirked. “Baby, I don’t think. I know.”
I rolled my eyes. “Please. I’m stronger than you think.”
