Ousmane’s POV

I held her close to me, never imagining that this petite woman could upset me so much. I loved her more every day. I loosened our embrace, brought my face closer to hers, and kissed her until I was out of breath. She hugged me again, and I turned her over, positioning myself on top of her and spreading her legs to place myself between them.

“I missed you, you know. Is your foot okay?”

“I don’t feel any pain anymore. Didn’t you see? I was able to walk.”

“It’s not safe.”

“No, Ousmane, I really want you, please.”

“As you wish, but Hawa, I won’t use a condom with you.”

“Ousmane, I want children, but give me a little time to finish my training and establish my business. Then I promise to give you as many children as you want. Besides, you already have a pregnant woman to deal with. Two would be difficult to manage.”

“Hmm, that’s true. Okay, I understand. Let me go to the pharmacy to get you some contraceptives.”

“
