Chapter 50. The Boy He Beat Up
Teyana’s POV
I couldn’t believe it’d been three days already since Bianca pushed me off the stairs. I haven’t had the time to talk with my mother because she had been stepping out with her husband a lot lately.
Or maybe wasn’t ready to face me and tell me about the lords with her own mouth.
Surprisingly, Zayne had really kept away from me. He said he would give me space and he was doing that. As for Jeremy…I hadn’t thought about him. I had mentally cut him off. And the fact that I hadn’t seen him since the birthday party was helpful also.
Today, I just finished a class test. Carol wasn’t offering the course so she didn’t come.
“Teyana!” I turned around to see Isabel, my course mate. Her long brown hair bounced on her shoulders as she hurried towards me at the faculty entrance.
The grin on my face mirrored hers as she pulled me into a quick hug.
“Hi, Isabella,” I greeted. She was one of the few people in my department I actually spoke
