Chapter 4

Everyone began to come up to us and congratulate us.

Then Mr. Winston and Mrs. Winston arrived, and he looked uneasily at Mr. Adrian Campbell.

He inquired, "Can we sign those documents now?"

"Sure." Adrian nodded and walked away with Mr. Winston.

I looked around at the guys in tuxedos and women in costly dresses trailing after them.

I’m so tired of being alone in the altar  that I want to go back to my apartment.

Then I noticed the escape door and decided, "Yes, I’ll do it."

I’m not going to let anybody take advantage of me; I know Adrian will find out the truth soon, and I can’t even picture what will happen to me after that.

Secretly, without getting noticed, I made my way out from the church,

Finally, when I reach the outside, I took a long breath of relief and quickly took out that veil and run away from this place.
