Chapter 145. Stench of Disappointment

Maureen's POV

'I just can't sit still,' Lucia said again for the umpteenth time as we all sat in the movie room waiting for the live broadcast from the unclaimed land that was the entrance to the underground walk way. 

'I just wish I was on that site to make the night so bright that all their faces will all be seen without any shadows,' Rocha said showing as much excitement as everyone of us. 

We had made sure that Lucia's friend had set the trap by calling on investigative journalists who loved to take risk. Lucia's friend had given us the television station to watch out for. They were hidden away from the trees and will come live when people start to emerge from the underground walkway.

My phone rang and I picked up the call. It was Ian.
