Ian and I waited for the others to join us at the door of the holding cell behind the Alpha's house before we proceeded. I noticed that Ian's previous mood seemed to have simmered but the anger was still there.
'How is Shanty?' I asked trying to find out if they were able to have the much-needed talk.
'I don't know. I need to sort my thoughts before I can think of her right now,' Ian said. I could see that he was still angry.
'I know you don't need opinion but I think you should be careful with her if she is still in love with that douchebag. The matter of the heart is a delicate one. I don't want you getting hurt and I am saying that sincerely,' I said.
