When I arrived at the floor where Devon’s office was located, I noticed a young and beautiful woman with light brown hair who was wearing a fuchsia executive suit. She was having a conversation with someone else on the phone, and I immediately recognized her as Devon’s personal assistant.

She heaved a sigh and turned her attention to me while saying, “She’s already here. I’m not going to do that. That won’t go over well with Mr. Ellison. Don’t worry, I’ve got this covered…”
