Chapter 188. Toxic Environnent

I came home from my date quite satisfied.

 I would have liked to spend more time with Michaël, but he asked that they not upset my mother by making me come home late.

 I don't like what's going on here at all.

 I arrived and found Rayan in the living room across from my mother. I frowned not understanding what was going on and my mother motioned for me to come closer to them.

 Which I did of course because the curiosity I felt at the time was too great.

 As far as I can tell, Rayan is not the type to pick me up from my house for a single day of absence, our relationship has never been like this.

 I looked at my mother who was way too smiling at me and I knew there was a problem.

 "Take a seat my darling..."

 I took a seat next to my mother and I stared at Rayan so that he knew that I did not understand his presence in this place. He put on a rather embarrassed face before smiling at me.
