Chapter 197. Settling Scores

I don't know if I was even alive or just an empty shell acting like an automaton... I was really unhappy and I guess I had already given up and made up my mind. I will never have an ordinary life, I will never be truly happy. My life was my pain... I went to college and faced all the hypocrisy in the world with kids my age. I felt like in a prison and that's where I met him... Aden. He wasn't like the others, no he was rude, arrogant, and unbearable. He was not missing one to piss me off, it seemed to amuse him..."

Michaël stopped and smiled wistfully as his face softened. I too smiled a little knowing that Michaël had appreciated and certainly regretted these moments spent with Aden.
