“Aren’t you ready yet?” Vexon asked with a faint smile, getting dressed into a pair of denim jeans with a navy blue T-shirt. His wet hair, with a few dark brown strands plastered against his forehead, made him look even cuter. The strong scent of his cologne hit my nostrils.

I kept staring at him until my eyes eventually fell on the stupidly large mirror behind him. My lips were coated with chocolate syrup. I looked like a cat.

The tray in front of me was empty as I was currently eating the last muffin.

“You look cute.” Vexon chuckled.

I rolled my eyes at him and continued eating. I felt the bed beside me dipping as he sat next to me, but I kept my eyes glued to the television.
