Chapter 60

Mark supervised the bonfire that Noah and Jerry tried to make, but laughed after almost two hours, and nothing came out of it.

"I'm glad I'm the brilliant mind of this whole group," Jaesun said after going to the Escort and taking an electric heater from the trunk. "What would you do without me?"

"Whoever sees you would think it was you who came up with the idea, right?" Lucy laughed. "But everyone in the group knows it was me, you rascal!"

"You said, 'Wouldn't it be nice to buy a heater?' And I replied, 'No, I have one at home.' So, part of the idea was mine too because I'm the one who got the appliance."

Lucy laughed, shaking her head at her best friend's shamelessness. She saw him place the heater in the center and turn it on. Slowly, one by one, they gathered around it.

"What time is it now?" Noah asked Ryeon.

"Eight twenty."
