Chapter 8

Lying on the only mattress that filled her room, Lucy had her legs in the air, while her thoughts filled her with questions. So much had happened in a short period of time that it made her doubt what she had done and even how she had acted.

She perked up when the doorbell of the apartment rang and opened her biggest smile. She ran as fast as she could, and as soon as she unlocked the door and turned the handle, everything faded away the moment she saw Ryeon's smile right there.

A tight hug was given, along with a quick kiss that followed. Ryeon slowly pushed her back, still caught in that kiss, and closed the door with his foot, messily removing the backpack he had on his back.

"Only don't have sex in my room," Jaesun appeared, breaking their kiss as they laughed.

They watched him pass by with a big bucket of popcorn in his hand, then he threw himself onto the carpet and cushions they had bought to replace the lack of a real sofa.
