Chapter 8
"Watch your TV," Tracy said as she got up.
Tracy went downstairs at night to get something from the pharmacy and then went to the store next door.
After getting each thing Glenda asked for, she looked at the rows of sanitary napkins and realised it had been almost two months since she had been there.
Since she had a loss three years ago, her periods come every two or three months instead of every month.
But it should happen soon.
Tracy took a few extra packs with her just in case.
When she was about to leave after paying the bill, a woman walked in and slammed into her shoulder. She didn't say anything but patted her clothes and said, "You don't have long eyes, do you?"
