Chapter 116. It Was More Like a Magnet
Ryder POV
Few days have passed. I don’t know but I think I was not being given enough space. Mom, Elara or William are always around me.
I have tried several times to reach out to my father concerning Nina. To have a close talk with him but mom’s presence has always made it futile. At the end of the day, I go back with nothing or little information.
Nothing worth close to what I wanted to hear.
At one point, I eventually had to give up.
“Where are you going?” Elara asked, coming into my room. I am not comfortable with her constant bashing inside my room unannounced or uninvited but again, I just waved it off.
William said that I hurt her badly that I should try to make it up to her these periods. I am trying…honestly, I am but it seems like I was forcing things that were not meant to be.
