It was still half an hour before Harris picked me up, and I was still busy picking out the clothes I was going to wear tonight. I crossed my arms, wondering what clothes would be suitable for dinner with the stranger. 

“If I’m confused with Harris like this now, then what if Dominik asks me out?” I complained, staring at the three dresses I put on my bed and clicking my tongue impatiently.

The first dress had a dark blue strapless neckline that extended just above my knees. I took the dress off and tried it on. Then I directed my body to the mirror as high as my body in my room.

“Not this one. This is too short. Moreover, this is Dominik’s favorite color. How can I wear his favorite color in front of someone who isn’t my boyfriend?” I said this as I took off the dress and threw it back on the bed.
