I stared at him, increasingly confused by what he was doing now, and asked him to turn his head at me.
“Harris?” I asked, turning to him, who was still looking away from me. “Why don’t you want to see me? Is there something wrong with what I said earlier?”
He didn’t answer my question. His eyes stared straight at the photo on the table near the sofa chair.
I could see the figure of Harris laughing with me, who was on his back and posing as if he were carrying me on his back. I turned to the photo and looked at Harris’s face, which looked sad to see it.
“Snap it out, Harris. Nothing will be the same as you think it will be,” he whispered softly, his eyes still not leaving the photo.
“What do you mean?”
He immediately turned toward me and shook his head. “It’s nothing. You better take a shower
