Why Did You Marry Her?

"Why did you marry her?" Ishu asked as she grabbed his collar as Arjun felt the loss of words to give any explanation. Nothing would justify his actions.

"And Pihu?" She asked, accusing him directly. Closing her eyes she let the tears roll down her cheeks.

"I had decided to come back to you. But right then, your marriage news was all over the news" Ishi hiccuped in between and looked at his eyes with her intoxicated glare. Arjun caressed her cheeks softly and his heart ripped with every word she spoke.

"Even I came to the studio that day" she confessed as she kept her face over his shoulders and starts crying. If she is expressing her insecurities and fears, it's not the sane Ishu. Arjun knew that the alcohol is only making her open up everything.
