Freya’s POV

The club hit me like a wave the moment we stepped inside.

The air was thick with heat, sweat, and the sharp scent of alcohol and perfume. Neon lights flashed in rhythm with the pounding bass, painting the crowd in electric pinks, deep blues, and flashing whites. Bodies moved everywhere, people grinding against each other on the dance floor, girls laughing loudly as they tossed back shots at the bar, couples making out in dark corners like no one was watching. The music was loud, heavy, and alive, vibrating through my chest and making my pulse sync with the beat. It felt chaotic and freeing all at once.

Zoey grinned, eyes sparkling with pure excitement. “Woah. I love this atmosphere.”

I smiled, the tension in my shoulders loosening just a little. “Yeah… this is one of the nicest clubs in the city.”
