Mahitab hung up the phone and looked at Manar returning to the kitchen, then said in a loud voice: “Manar, don’t forget to tell Rima that she must study well. We want a private doctor for the restaurant. I will establish a private clinic for her here.”

The waitresses laughed among themselves, and then each of them returned to work, while Rima arrived home and found Iman sitting on her bed, shaking violently and coughing while pretending to be asleep. Rima sat next to her and then put her hands on Iman’s forehead, and after this, she whispered:
“The temperature is not high. Why are you shivering? Is it an internal temperature? Iman, oh Iman, let’s go to the doctor.”
Iman whispered, “I went and took medicine to reduce the fever, but I feel cold.”
Rima put some covers over Iman and then said, “I will make your soup so you can feel warm.”
Iman said, “Yes, yes, I want soup, I’m hungry too.
