Chapter 103. Dad

At Hargreaves', Elly looked at her watch anxiously. She bit her lip and staggered at the door of the manager's room, after a few minutes and a deep breath, she made up her mind and pushed the door open.

"May I ask If I could leave an hour earlier?" Elly asked.

"What?" Alex stopped writing, he looked up and watched her carefully.

"I have an important appointment with an important person. I'll make up for my shift tomorrow."

"Who?" When Alex heard that she wanted to go out on a date, his eyes became evil.

Due to the shortage of time, Elly was not aware that his mood changed abruptly, to put it simply. "The nursery teacher asked me to take Kitten to the new playground near the school, but the working hours are not over yet."

The spring breeze blew into the room, which softened Alex' aura. He stood up and pushed the papers on the desk into the corner, picked up his coat on the back of the chair and quickly approached her. "Let's leave now!"
