Chapter 12. How Pitiful

She blushed shyly as she silently stood beside, waiting for John.

By his way of addressing, she guessed that John did know the man.

"Mr. Alex. My own story doesn't bother you. I still have something to do, so I can't continue talking to you." John replied coldly, deliberately leaned to kiss Elly's forehead lightly.

"Elly, let's go."

Being intimate in front of many people, Elly confusedly looked at him.

Her eyes met Alex's sharp and bloody eyes. The bloodthirsty ferociusness inside his look attracted all her senses. Elly felt herself being unable to move. She suddenly could not breathe.

Alex rolled his eyes over Elly's body. He couldn't deny that this girl right here was gorgeous tonight. Alex rubbed his chin, squinted and assessed Elly like an object.
