"What do you mean Rue is dead?" Octavia asked, sitting up on the bed properly. She wasn't exactly shocked by the news, but what did June mean by that? How could Rue be dead? Well, she had not seen Keir for the past two weeks now, but she was sure he was doing alright, and Rue was fine as well.

She even saw a photo of her recently on a magazine cover; it seemed her modeling career was kicking off, and she wasn't wasting her time trying to get Keir's attention.

"Apparently she died some days ago, but they have been keeping it low," June explained. She had overheard someone discussing it in the office; her sister worked as a cook in the Hydra's mansion, so she knew everything that went on in the house. They said they had just found Rue dead in her room this morning.
