Octavia stared around the restaurant with a worried look, She wasn't sure if she had made the right decision by coming here alone without informing Keir about it.

She had called James to inform him about it and asked that he kept it between them, James had told her not to worry as he would have his men around her but since she got here she couldn't see anyone of them.
