Chapter 75. Love Finds a Way

Tiara POV

It was crazy, and it was right in front of me. Vincent said my name. Was it real?

“What did you say?” I asked, almost hoarse with emotion.

“Tiara... that’s your name, right?” Vincent said, and suddenly brought his hands to his temples again. I jumped to his aid the next second.

“Baby, are you okay? Come sit down.”

I pulled him after me to the couch. He was in pain. I could see it. I invited him to lie down and then he laid his head on my lap. With gentle movements, I stroked his hair. Slowly, the pain disappeared.

After he stood up, he looked at me for a long time. It was like he was trying to read into my soul. Seconds passed and our hearts pounded in perfect harmony. I couldn’t help myself and jumped into his arms. I really needed his embrace.

It was as if time stood still. There was no more space, just the two of us. I knew then that my Vincent had returned.
