Chapter 35. Take Care of You

As I lay there, nestled against Riccardo’s chest, I felt his strong hand reach down to stroke my hair. He leaned in to place a kiss on my forehead before he’s whispering in my ear.

“I love you, Alessia,” he said softly. “I don’t ever want to lose you.”
