Third Person's POV

"Mama, I'm home!" Cristine opened the door of their mansion when their new maid suddenly came.

"Good evening, Ma'am."

"Good evening, where is Mama?" she asked.

"About it, ma'am. Your mother hasn't come home yet from the gym since this morning. I'm so worried about her," the maid said.

"What?" Cristine suddenly panicked.

She immediately got her phone inside her bag and dialed Mrs. Javier's number, but it just kept ringing.

They both looked at the telephone above the table in the living room when it suddenly rang. Cristine answered it.

"Hello?"

"Go here to the rooftop of the mall if you still want to see your mother alive." It was the voice of an unknown man.

"Who are you? What do you want from my mother?" she asked, but the caller ended it, which made Cristine more frustrated.

She didn't think twice and quickly ran out of the mansion and entered her car.
