Lucy's POV

"Good evening, Alph-a," I greeted. My voice almost failed me towards the end. I closed my eyes, hoping this wouldn't happen. I wanted to compose myself in the best possible way, I didn't need to make any mistakes which would make him angrier. I know he's already angry at me, being his mate being with another man, I didn't need to give him another reason.

"Raise your head up!" He growled with his raised, fierce voice. When I did, my eyes met with his and I immediately felt my face. I realized as soon as possible this was disobedience, so I raised it up again, shaking my eyes as I couldn't fix it directly on him.

"Sit!"

There was a couch opposite him, so he gestured to me. "Thanks Alpha!" I muttered before sitting. If there was any place to lose manners, this would be the last place.

"Look at me when I'm talking to you!" He growled again. I was anxious to know where he was heading to. As usual, lower ranks were banned from look
