Lucy's POV

“What should I wear, Alpha?”

“What do you think is official for us?” I flare my eyes hearing him use this word on himself and myself. My eyes accidentally landed on Eric, he was hurt. I flinched my head, trying hard to control the tickling sensations inside of me.

“Black.”

“Good!” Carter gave me a thumbs-up. I smiled and left the office, leaving him with Eric whom I surely knew would interrogate more.

Walking merely a few meters from the office, a ping sounded on my phone. I pulled my phone out of my pocket and looked into it. Alpha Carter appeared. As I saw this, knots tied in my stomach. I grinned as I tapped on it. The message was on WhatsApp.

“I'm wearing deep navy blue, I want to see you in the same outfit as mine.” He attached a blushing emoji. I dropped a heart to his message, not saying much.

I didn't have a makeup artist so I'd be doing everything myself. That isn't an issue, it's just hard to finish up o
