Lucy's POV 

“So tell me, what happened? Start from when you left the class without coming back. Where did you go?” Caroline asked. 

I gave her a sigh. “I went after Diane and discovered she was out to seduce the Alpha, my mate, in his office.” Caroline parted her lips into two. 

“Gosh! I can't believe this. She would do such a thing?” 

“Yes, but I'm glad the Alpha rejected her and disgraced her right in front of me. She got what she deserved.” I folded my lips and gnashed my teeth, I was still angry at how bold she would have gotten. She didn't have any iota of fear. 

“So after that you were in his office all through?” Caroline asked with a mischievous grin. 

“Come on,” I slapped the back of her palms which were resting on the table. “Why are you grinning?” 

“Imagine having great sex with him, the President of your Academy in his office.” I burst out laughing, same with her.
