Chapter 16. Fake Threat

After Aana slept, Alice took control of their body and immediately went to the bathroom to take shower. She came out wrapping a towel around her body and opened the wardrobe to see a good outfit but didn't find a single good piece to wear. Some were too long, some were loose, some clothes were stained and some were torn. Alice sighed, realising that her human did not have a single cloth of her own, all are used and old clothes of her sister-in-law, Elisa who gave her to wear as she doesn't want her husband to spend money on his sister.

She took out the best cloth which she could wear and went outside but it also had a stain which she hid using a stall and then went towards the mirror to find something to apply on her face but to her dismay, there was not a single thing over there except comb.

"My human really needs money and for that, she has to do some job which my mate offered but her so-called ego" She mumbled to herself and combed her hair.
