Chapter 75. Nothing to Prove
Four large chandeliers dawned by a slew of thick white-scented candles lit the ceiling, casting a radiant and benevolent light throughout the room.
The room smelled of Lillies mixed with coconut.
It was fantastic!
The table was a long mahogany table that was silky and polished to shiny perfection. The armchairs surrounding such powerful beauty are even more extravagant, with elaborate sculpted arms and backrests.
The soft cushion padding was made of fine, expensive-looking material.
The fireplace stood out tall and proud. The licks of the flames could be heard between the soft violin and piano playing.
"Goodnight, everyone." Aakifalynn cheerfully greeted the room, which consisted of her parents, Danica, and a few servers.
"Goodnight, sweetie," her parents chorused, and her mom, Arwen, added, "You look exquisite, honey."
