Chapter 32. Tale of the Bracelet

“That was cool!” Josh was over the moon with excitement. He had expected Ryan to do something out of the bag but he did not expect it to be that literal.

Ryan however did not share his excitement.

The show was done. The bracelet was acquired. He was busy admiring it’s subtle shine, dangling it in the air, in front of him.

Josh was like a big pup whenever he was excited. He was literally over Ryan. Scratching his thighs and waiting for his reaction.

When he got none, he sat up. He too looked at the bracelet and then asked, “What’s so special about this?”

Ryan did not answer at first. But in his head he could not stop thinking why it indeed was so special and unique.

“Do you wish to hear the real story behind this?” Ryan asked Josh, still looking at the bracelet, absent mindedly.
