Daisy’s POV

When we arrived at the hospital, I couldn’t wait to see Delilah.

I rushed to her ward, my heart racing with excitement and relief.

As I entered the room, I saw her lying in bed, looking a bit weak but smiling at me.

I felt an overwhelming surge of happiness and rushed to her side.

I hugged her tightly, tears of joy streaming down my face.

“I was so worried about you!” I exclaimed.

“I don’t know what I would have done if something bad had happened to you,” I said.

Delilah smiled weakly and replied, “I’m fine, I’m very okay. Have you forgotten that I’m strong?”

I laughed jokingly, “Oh wow, how could I forget? You are the strongest person I know!” I said.

Delilah chuckled, and I could see the relief and love in her eyes.

“I’m just glad to be alive,” she said.

“And I’m glad you are here with me,” she added.
