Chapter 107. Figuring Things Out

Opening the door to October's room, the doctor stepped out. When Scarlett saw hun, she rushed up to him. She'd been waiting for the doctor to come out and had also tried to console her sister.

"What happened to her? Is she all right? Please tell me she is fine."

"She is fine." When the doctor spoke, Scarlett heaved a sigh of relief. "You can go in and see her. She has opened her eyes." The doctor said as he walked away.

Mia rushed inside and her lips curled into a big smile upon seeing her mother. She took her mother's hand and patted it slowly. "Hey, mom. You will be fine. Right?" October smiled lazily as she nodded. She turned her head to the other door and could see Scarlett standing in front of it. "You shouldn't mind her. She will come around."

"It is all my fault. She is even afraid to come close to me."

"Don't say that. I was scared when I heard you went into a seizure. When can we all go back home? I miss your food."
